Atulya lab is one of the best in the town. Today I visited early in the morning for blood test n xray. The staff are too much cooperative. Moreover they delivered the report on time.

Very bad service. The doctors have no value for patients’ time. Even when we come on time, they don’t treat us properly. Instead of showing care, they treat patients like customers, and their behavior is often irritated. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience

Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Experience at Atulya Diagnostic Center (Near KC Theatre). I am writing this out of sheer frustration and disbelief after what happened during my child’s MRI appointment at your Atulya branch near KC Theatre. We reached the center on time, only to be made to wait for more than an hour for the radiologist to show up. Finally, when the doctor and nurses arrived, they sedated my child and began preparing for the MRI. Just as my child was falling asleep under sedation, the radiologist suddenly called me aside — looking doubtful and hesitant — and started convincing me to go to your brand new center, 3–4 km away, for the same scan. I cannot begin to express how shocked and furious I was. My child was already sedated — how can anyone even suggest shifting to another center at that point? This is completely unethical, irresponsible, and dangerous. If there was a genuine technical issue, it should have been explained clearly before sedation, not after. But the way it was communicated made it sound like an attempt to push us to a new branch, not a medical necessity. This entire experience has shaken my trust in your facility. I expect a written explanation for: 1. Why the radiologist arrived one hour late. 2. Why sedation was administered before confirming the readiness of the MRI machine. 3. Why a request to move to your brand new center was made after sedation began.

The facility was impeccably maintained and equipped with cutting-edge technology. I received my reports promptly, and the precision and clarity were noteworthy.
