Unprofessional, unethical behaviour of staff, worst diagnostic Center in Jammu, never ever visit this laboratory, patient kept on waiting since morning, charges are too high… I hope management will look into this

All tests under one roof, clean facility, cooperative staff. Prices are competitive, but no discounts or health packages offered. Digital reports are a bit of a hassle — you need to text the WhatsApp coordinator personally to receive them, as there’s no automated system. Lift, washroom, and drinking water are hygienic and accessible. On-site parking available. It would also be appreciated if the doctors interacted a bit more with the patient or the attendant to explain the case — they usually don’t come forward on their own. A little more communication and smoother coordination would really help. However, Mr. Chiranjeev was notably resourceful and efficient throughout the process — a valuable asset to the facility.

This is a very well equipped diagnostic centre. The waiting period is very less and staff is professional and polite. Their equipment is high quality and reports are accurate. Located in the heart of Jammu, my experience was very positive and I recommend this diagnostic centre for available tests. It is best to call them before visiting, for own convenience.

Came Today for my mother's Echocardiography test, also known as an echo, is a non-invasive test that uses ultrasound to create moving images of the heart.. can't say about reports or any diagnosis that's my first visit.. hope they will detect the root cause today.. After 30 minutes reports are positive.. dr bhat issued the reports..

The staff appeared untrained and lacked basic courtesy in dealing with patients. Their unprofessional behaviour and poor time management made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the quality of service and staff training.
