a month agoHad a very disappointing experience at this scan clinic. The hygiene standards were extremely poor, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the washroom was in an unhygienic condition with no toilet paper or basic cleanliness. For a medical facility, this is unacceptable. To make things worse, their prices are sky-high while the facilities and service quality are almost zero. The management really needs to look into maintaining basic sanitation and providing services that justify the amount they charge.

11 months agoNever come here pahla apko report WhatsApp aya gi fir dosra din hard copy mila gi Not so good don't come here I have an appointment of 5 Pm I waited for 2 hours but their is no response the receptionist not handling properly I m giving zero 0 of 10000 Never come here totally use less ... When u ask them when my no they will tell u plz wait 2 min plz wait 5 mins no availability of water in washroom totally disgusting

3 months agoHighly Unprofessional Service My wife visited this center for a single ultrasound, but was charged for three consecutive ultrasounds without being informed in advance. When she raised the concern, they refused to refund the extra payment for the two ultrasounds she never underwent. This reflects a lack of transparency, ethics, and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

5 months agoPathetic !! I would request you all not to visit them especially the Ultrasound department. My appointment was at 7:40am and I got late by 30 mins and after taking money they started throwing tantrums as it was my 4 years old ultrasound. He was hungry and i requested them but they kept on saying that you are late and were very rude. Such a pathetic bunch of people. I took my refund and came back . Earlier I used visit them for my regular check up but now I will never.
