Its been thrice i have faced this issue at the USG centre.I took an appointment one day before and it was 17th Number and on reaching at the given time, waited for 30 minutes, they kept on sending the patients with the appointment number 21,24,32.. When I asked why i am not being sent, they said doctor is calling them as per her choice. Then whats the fun of taking an appointment one day prior??

2 months agoBad experience. After getting appointment 1 day prior for ultrasound and confirming before coming they made us to wait for another 1.5 hour and were sending other patients before us. Staff also didn’t cooperate .wouldn’t recommend anyone

2 months agoGreat experience in nidaan diagnostic 👍👍 Good and very co-operative staff. All staffs are caring, friendly & respectful. Dr prachi has done my sonography, she is also very understanding and caring, I highly recommend 👍

The doctor is not only High skilled but also very well spoken, which made the procedure feel comfortable and seamless.The examination room was clean, modern and professional. I felt confident in the quality of care provided and would highly recommend this diagnostic centre for anyone in need of imaging.
