Natlabs Diagnostic Center

I had a very disappointing experience at this lab. I visited on 25th July at 5:30 PM and had to wait over an hour for the doctor. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and their behavior was rude and careless. There was no proper communication or hospitality, and they clearly don’t value people’s time. On top of that, the charges were unusually high for the service provided. I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid if you care about your time, money, and basic respect.

The facility is well-organized, clean, and equipped with modern technology, which immediately gave me confidence in the accuracy of their results.The staff were professional, polite, and highly skilled, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. From sample collection to report delivery, everything was handled with care and efficiency. I especially appreciated the lab’s timely service—reports were ready quickly and easy to access both in print and digital format.The lab maintains strict hygiene standards and follows all safety protocols, which is very reassuring in today’s times. Their patient-first approach truly sets them apart.
