Royal Diagnostic’s

One of the worst experiences I've had with royal diagnostic lab. I had booked an appointment a day in advance for a USG test. Despite the confirmed slot, I came from a far away distance & was made to wait for over 2 hours when I arrived. And after all that time, I was casually told, "This test can't be done here." This is not just unprofessional, it's completely irresponsible — especially when patients are dealing with health concerns and taking time off to attend appointments. No prior intimation, no apology, no sense of accountability. If this is the level of service and communication they offer, I would not recommend this lab to anyone looking for this lab.
