I am writing to share a deeply negative experience with this doctor’s office. When we faced a medical emergency with a 103-degree fever, we contacted the doctor for guidance and care. Instead of support, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The doctor refused to see the patient and simply told us to go to the emergency room. While the ER may have been the appropriate place, the complete lack of compassion, concern, or any follow-up questions was shocking. In a moment of vulnerability and fear, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient in need. A doctor’s duty should include providing care and reassurance, and we received neither. This experience has destroyed our trust, and we will be finding a new healthcare provider. I cannot recommend this practice.

Very bad doctor, only seeking for money, don't know how to talk to patients, talk to elderly patients with such stupidity, give useless medicines, overall very arrogant doctor ever seen.
