3 weeks agoFirst and great experience with Kashmiri wazwan at this restaurant within the Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation. Reviews were sketchy, but the food and service I received at the restaurant was way better. Wazwan platter seems little pricey but worth the first time. Ordering ala carte from the menu would be better.

a year agoIf you are a die hard fan of authentic Kashmiri Wazwan food, this is the right place for you. 1st time I had dinner here, in 2006. I still remember the taste , that's why planned to visit again with family. Food is always tasty. There are some decorative changes from the last time. Still very good.

2 years agoAuthentic Kashmiri Restaurant, serving exquisite Kashmiri dishes, like Rista, Mutton Rogan Josh, Gushtaaba. 👏 👏 However, the heritage kashmiri charm which oozed out from every bit of it's interior has diminished over time. It's appearance is more like a normal family restaurant which looks old and dull.

2 years agoIt's a JKTDC restaurant. We ordered a trami which was like a platter which had all the dishes available there in a portion size which was good for 2 of us served with rice. The food was really good and tasted fresh and nice. There was no dessert but we ordered kahwa which too was good with less sugar. Overall we had a good experience of Wazwan cuisine here.

a year agoMust try the Wazwan platter , the quality of mutton is out of this world , Food is superb, the atmosphere has an old world charm. Will definitely visit it again.
