a month agoThe general ambience is good but neither the staff nor the management bothers about service, feedback or food quality. If I compare it to other restaurants, this one is disappointing. They behave as if they are doing a favour to you! We ordered mutton kebabs but got chicken . They tried to make us believe that it was mutton! I have experienced this with several other dishes. No difference between regular noodles and hakka noodles, biryani quantity was insufficient. Once chicken was uncooked and seemed stale. Burger was horrible. McDonald's and burger king serve way better burgers at reasonable prices. They need to get some exposure and be courteous to the diners. A lot of improvement is required in several areas. If u complain, they dismiss it by proving u wrong.

3 weeks agoVery disappointing experience. Rajma had no taste even after asking for spicy, and replacements kept arriving cold. Complained three times but no senior person response. Even an extra water bottle was added to the bill. Poor service and professionalism. Hope they improve. And no recovery at all .. Disappointed with all touches. I'm not mentioning name of the staff due to effect on job . But please improve

a year ago1. Hygiene and Cleanliness was great. Tables and utensils were clean. 2. Staff behaviour was polite. 3. Rates were reasonable. 4. Parking space available. 5. Variety of food is adequate. 6. Vehicle parking is in open, shelters should be made. 7. On Jammu- Akhnoor Highway. 8. Highly Recommended. You will like it. 9. Happy Eating.... 🥂

The [Dish Name] was exceptionally flavorful, with a perfect blend of spices, and the chef's special, the [Another Dish Name], was beautifully presented. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome. The warm, inviting atmosphere was perfect for our dinner. Highly recommended for a memorable meal".

4 months agoOne of the few excellent Indian restaurants, kohinoor akhnoor is perfect in every sense. From their vast menu of which every dish is scrumptious, to the fun, colourful decor and ambience which is a great slice , to the impeccable heartwarming service, this place is a must visit for whenever you're craving Indian, particularly North Indian and specifically Punjabi food. They have a party hall also where we celebrate ring ceremony.The prices are really reasonable. This one is a clear favourite of mine.and the last specially thanks to Mr sunny and kohinoor team at all because without team work you are nothing
