Sometimes, unexpected halts bring the most beautiful experiences. On my way to Basantgarh, bad road conditions forced me to stay here—and I must admit, it turned into one of the finest decisions. From the moment I arrived, I felt a rare kind of warmth. The staff was not just professional, but truly caring and attentive in every little detail. I had the privilege of meeting the owner as well—a man so down-to-earth and humble that his very presence makes this place feel like home. As a Muslim traveler, what impressed me most was the respect and hospitality shown towards me. I was treated with such kindness that it broke every barrier of religion and reminded me that humanity always comes first. That is something one cannot forget easily. The Mandir inside the hotel is another highlight—so beautifully crafted that it radiates peace and spirituality. It is not just a place of stay, but a place where one can find inner calm. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families and travelers visiting Udhampur, Ramnagar, or Basantgarh. Stay here, and you will not just find a roof over your head—you will find respect, peace, and memories worth carrying with you.

I will be totally honest, I know how this place got 4.9 rating but my experience wasn't that great. Me and my family had lunch at this restaurant and none of us find the food good . The food wasn't cooked properly , I can even saw raw part of parantha and roti.

This is my absolute favourite restaurant in Ramnagar. The food is always fantastic no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Staff is also great and very efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other people to visit .I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal on Saturday evening.
