4 months agoAbsolutely unacceptable! I bought a pastry cake today and it was rotten — mould was clearly growing on it. Selling expired food is not just careless, it’s dangerous to customers' health. This shows a complete lack of hygiene and responsibility. I’ll never be buying anything from here again unless they seriously fix their quality standards.

2 years agoHad an amazing first time experience with Hollywood bakery. These guys ensured to deliver the cake amidst high alert in Srinagar and that too at late night when all other bakeries simply refused. My friend loved the cake, Definitely would give them a 5/5!
