7 months agoThe most unprofessional bunch of people. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their behaviour and post event deliverables were nonexistent and kept us in the dark about our wedding video for over a year until we finally gave up after our one year anniversary. They try to manipulate the situation and gaslight into not giving the right deliverables by switching terms and jargons. Moreover, the most heartbreaking thing in this whole ordeal was the mistake of having these people capture our special day and have any trust that they would do justice to our day. They have admitted to losing footage as well as the most important part which was my husband and my interview after wedding retelling our story on our wedding day which was highly emotional for us. And to now know it was not thought of important enough to take care of by this so called professional photographer/videographer. They are selfish and only used our footage to promote their own business on Instagram. They posted our wedding as content but behind the scenes we had to run behind them for a simple wedding video. With the amount of money we paid them, we have got below average experience and I would not recommend anyone for this service. You would be better off capturing your own wedding on an iPhone.
