Absolutely amazing experience! My cat usually hates grooming, but the groomer here handled her with such care and patience. She came back looking clean, fluffy, and happy — no stress at all! Highly recommend to any cat parent. They are extremely professional. my cat didn't mind them grooming her at all. it was quick and clean process. will definitely book again❤️

I recently adopted a puppy 35 days old..she had ticks so i called them & i went there..they spread propexus powder on her & they didn't informed me that powder should not be licked by the pup...the next morning my pup started vomiting , loose motions ...she become weak & dull ..I called them & report the incidence. I was shock by their reply..it seems like its ok for them...they didn't care about them..just said dont wry..then the next day i went suvidha clinic ...they are so proffesional they give her medicine & properly checked her..now she is doing well. If you want to die your pup you can there ..highly not recommendable...they charge me 550 rupees & suvidha chargee me 120 rupees..they are just for business..emotional availability is zero

He’s just concerned about the money and have no regards for the animals. I recently took my dog for a haircut, me being a first time owner didn’t know that any double coat dog shouldn’t be trimmed or shaved as it might cause issues with their coat, and skin. It was the doctor’s responsibility to inform the pet owner, but why would he? He’ll loose his ₹800. His staff is extremely unprofessional and have 0 knowledge. I consulted with 3 different vets to confirm (Bangalore, Chandigarh and Jammu) all of them told me that it was a bad idea but he didn’t even bother mentioning it for a mere ₹800. Please if you love your pets, don’t visit this vet. Infact I’m planning to drag him to the court. Update: The receptionist recently called sometime back and upon getting the feedback regarding this incident denied that the dog ever went to their clinic. Her behaviour over call was Extremely unprofessional, and rude.

Very unprofessional staff..they don't know how to handle dogs at all. I went to them to get my dog vaccinated and he came home with a broken nail. They didn't even apply any bandages they just left him like a stray. We asked them multiple times to atleast apply any antiseptic but they didn't comply. Don't go here. They should be behind the bars

Had an amazing experience in premesis the team was supportive and gave a prompt diagnosis and treatment . My pet was given utmost care .
