7 months agoPoor Customer Service at Trends Footwear – 2nd May 2025 Today, 2nd May 2025, I visited Trends Footwear with my family. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Despite being a well-known brand, the store had extremely unprofessional staff. When we entered, not a single staff member approached or attended to us. One staff member was wandering around the store, talking on the phone as if he were in a garden rather than a retail environment. Due to this poor service, we decided to leave the store. I strongly urge the management of Trends to take strict action regarding this unprofessional behavior. I also intend to highlight this issue on other platforms to ensure such incidents are addressed.
