Visited last week at the store very good experience & the collection was available at the store my wife liked it and also staff service was amazing the product knowledge they have ,specialy the store manager was very familiar to us the way she was attending my family members Was amazing and we will visit again soon

Very cheap service. I purchase a suit worth 4000/- next day i go there to exchange or return for refund because there is no size available. They said they will not refund, its not in their policy. Then whats the meaning of return within 15 days as mentioned in their billing . They said we can’t refund this much high price if its 1000/- then we can refund. How it is possible when the suit price is 4000/- thenthey said we can’t refund for debit card transaction. Then she called their area manager , area manager tried to tried us to convince that they don’t refund but lastly he said he can do in next 3 days. How ridiculous it is, they should know how to handle a customer. When i asked for refund to the sales girl she go out of the store and other girl start fake calling to that girl and saying to me that mam is not here… they are playing tricks…. As it’s clearly mentioned that with in 15 days we can return…… whats the point of 3 day waiting… if they don’t do within 3 days … then i can sue then in-court for my inconvenience and fake promises to customers
