4 months agoVery disappointing experience at Reliance Smart Bazaar. There were no trolleys available, and when I asked the staff, they said all trolleys were being used for shifting materials, not for customers. This is unacceptable in a retail store. All customers were waiting for trolleys, struggling with baskets or carrying items by hand. I have attached photos as proof — it clearly shows the inconvenience caused. I also picked up items from the offer section, but at the billing counter, I was told the offer had expired. Then why are the items still placed in the offers area? Very misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, staff behavior was very rude and unhelpful. No proper customer support or management. Wasted my time and energy. Not recommended at all.

5 months agoExtremely disappointing experience at Reliance Smart Bazaar Visited the store recently and had a very unpleasant experience. The cash counters were mostly empty, with only one or two functional, leading to long waiting times. Despite being a large retail chain, there was no one available on the floor to assist or guide customers — not even in busy sections like groceries or household items. Adding to the frustration, they charge extra for parking, which is surprising for a store that expects footfall from local shoppers. Most supermarkets offer free or at least validated parking, but here you have to pay just to shop. Overall, poor customer service, lack of staff, and hidden charges make shopping here more of a headache than convenience. Will definitely avoid in the future unless they fix these issues.

2 years agoFew things I didn’t like. First entry is throughout basement floor not ground floor. Many shelves were empty and stock not replenished. Staff no where to be seen to help you pick the right product. But most annoying thing is cash counters. Many are empty. Takes a lot of time to pay your bills snd the staff at counters were rude without any ethics. One server without any reason closed his counter and went away leaving a queue scrambling for places at other queues. Disappointed.

a month agoStaff is very rude. Today, I returned from this outlet. The staff refused to provide the trolley even after multiple requests. They instead told me to collect trolley from parking yard. Staff is very stubborn. Will not visit again.

4 months agoPlace is good to buy maximum items under one roof. But the biggest problem is cleanliness and hygiene. Products are not well kept, which is the negiliance of both staff and the common people. Few days back i have to bought milk and i went to milk section where milk packets are torned, small cockroaches are there. And biggest problem is cash counter, where only 2-3 are working other are for show off and if we opt for cash payment, we have to wait, because some counters have no cash and moreover construction work in peak hours and displacement of products is the biggest headache. Although best part is that, all the working staff is supportive and always ready to help.
