My experience has been excellent so far. I purchased a MacBook Air M4 about a month ago at the best possible price, and it came fully factory-sealed. Many of the negative comments about the shop owner seem overstated. He is also human, and frequent calls from people asking about smartphones can understandably become overwhelming for anyone. Despite this, he was extremely helpful—when I forgot my Apple ID password, he assisted me in resetting it even while attending to other valuable customers. I would recommend deciding which device you want before visiting the shop. Finalizing your choice on the spot can be time-consuming and may become frustrating for both you and the seller.

City Cell made the whole process easy and smooth. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and helped me check the phone thoroughly before buying. The price was also super reasonable compared to other stores I checked. I’d highly recommend them if you’re planning to buy any phone, especially an iPhone.

Tried calling multiple times… they never answer the phone. What’s the point of providing a contact number if no one’s going to pick up? Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Wouldn’t recommend
