10 months agoMy stay at [New Kashmir Hill Town] was truly exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was perfect, close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [Srinagar].

8 months agoI was stay at 5th of Feb 2025 we call geyser in the bathroom was not working Very poor service. also rooms you see in photos in Google are very old. now condition of rooms is very poor it is tooo much castly to stay @1200 for us. stuff is not professional

7 months agoLocation is good and parking is also available but cleanliness was not well maintained and there was a weird smell in the room. Frequent light cuts, TV was not working.

8 months agoWorst hotel gyser was not working properly bathroom has no bucket and shower .if u are some where outside then they did not give you the keys for the security purpose of your luggage receptionist that no one will enter in your room and the doors very bad hotel . The flush in bathroom is also badly broken the worst hotels I have ever seen highly not recommended also no wifi in side the hotel .stuff was unprofessional bad language with costomers
