OYO 4301 Vardaan Hotel Jammu

Absolutely pathetic experience at Vardhan Hotel. Staying here was nothing short of a nightmare. The rooms feel more like prison cells than living spaces - forget comfort, even basic breathing feels like a task. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here, and the atmosphere is downright depressing. Calling the staff for help is an exercise in futility. The service boys are either unavailable, completely disinterested, or simply choose to ignore your calls. Don't expect even the most basic hospitality - the staff behaves like they're doing you a favour by just existing. Zero professionalism, zero urgency, and absolutely no regard for guest comfort. Avoid this place if you value your sanity and money. There are far better options than wasting your time and peace here.

Pathetic experience. Staff especially desk manager were so non cooperative and arrogant. Geyser was not working. Comode was worn out and dirty. Bedding and Mattress were dirty and uncomfortable. Desk manager kept withheld and did not give the same for not paying mere 60 Rs out of 1260. I totally don’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all

The hotel has turned into a mess lately. It needs high quality renovation to survive further.
