They have pathetic service, first they had took full tariff as advance , then they refused to give complementary breakfast as it was offered before booking discussion. room service is also pathetic.. they don't even clean it on request. Even after requesting twice , front desk executive replied that it would be done only after your checkout. Everything is costly, e.g. one can of 25 rs of 95.. they charge you four star hotel cost and give service like a 3rd class lodge. Bedsheets weren't clean. Flooring is noisy. When we have requested them to change the water bottle as it wasn't chilled. They asked to purchase new bottles if you want chilled one. They do things at their own convenience Like towels were provided on 2nd day of stay even asking 3 times.

Very pathetic Hotel & Services. What you will not get:- 1. No tea/ coffee pouches with Cup inside you room. Every time walk down to a common small pantry Area made in a cubical. Pick up paper cup and make your tea. 2. Like a prison you will be given 2 half liter water bottle. In case you consume, go and fill water from a dispenser. The quality of water you can check. 3. No reusable slippers. After screaming, they provided a bathroom slipper. 4. Pillow cover were torn and blanket was smelling. 5. No wardrobe to hang you clothes. It's a open arrangement merely with one hanger. 6. Washrooms are smelling. 7. It's basically a lodge. 8. If you want hot water in night, got to pantry fill in your arranged bottle, bcus If you use plastic bottle, it will get melted. What's good. The service boys at Dinning area.

His service was top-notch and made our stay even more comfortable. Truly grateful for his hospitality — staff like him make all the difference. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged ₹3600 per day—and it was a complete waste of money. The room was filthy, the AC didn’t work, and the bathroom was in a pathetic condition. The so-called “view” was a complete joke—nothing like what they show in pictures. I checked in around 9:30 AM and checked out the same afternoon because I simply couldn’t tolerate the dampness and stink. At first, the room seems okay because of the strong fragrance they use to hide the odor—but once it fades, the disgusting smell and dampness hit you. Even the water bottles they provided were so dirty that I couldn’t take a single sip. Hands down the worst stay of my life. Totally disappointed and disgusted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—even if it was free.

Very disappointing stay at Le ROI Hotel. No taxi or public vehicle is allowed inside, so luggage has to be dragged manually—terrible experience. At checkout, the promised discount was refused. Surroundings near the railway station are unhygienic and dirty, with no proper security. Not recommended.
