a month agoThe beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly!! Specialy we booked one night and normal checkout was 12 o clock but your bus was going around 3 o clock so they where so nice and let us stay in your room until 3 o clock ( without charging money) that we don't have to wait at the reception soo really kind from them that they did that!! And it's very save there they have every where cctv cameras!!!

a month agoEverything was mostly fine. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we got ripped off with the room rate (we got charged 1800 per room). My shower also didn't work. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place if you are staying in Jammu.

a month agoA beautiful stay, feels like a home away from home but with tip notch service. They made me feel like both a guest and a friend, very clean rooms and a very helpful staff. Will recommend to all people looking for a clean affordable stays

a month agoLocation is little difficult to find. Staff wasn't very much cooperative. Went to roof at night in hopes of seeing a good night view but it was dirty and staff were partying there ig. Rooms are ok okish.

7 months agoBest location hotel in Jammu town. I was truly surprised by the service and the quality food provided therein. Around 20 members stayed for two days. No service related issues even the staff was so helpful while accommodating us, specially Mr Nitin.
