They carried and dropped luggage to rooms .The deluxe room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a working air conditioner that kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The bed was plush and inviting, and the bathroom was clean . The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, making my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Hotel Green View Jammu to anyone looking for a comfortable stopover in Jammu on way to Srinagar.

10 months agoOur experience at this hotel was terrible. We were a family of four adults, and the staff insisted on seeing a marriage certificate, even after we provided valid identification. It was clear they were hesitant to give us a room because we are from Kashmir. Despite producing multiple IDs, the service remained unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers from Kashmir.

11 months agoI had a great experience. I stayed there from 13th December 2024 to 16th December 2024. Everyone was friendly and well mannered. Being a solo female traveller, I felt safe and secured there. You must try the Biryani there. They make awesome biryani. Looking forward to staying there again.

a year agoThe rooms are great with ac. The staff here is so polite and humble. As we entered the hotel in afternoon, they provided us cold water without asking, also got our bags to the rooms. If you want to have food, I recommend to have it here only. As compared to outside restaurants the food quality and taste here is so nice and also in budget. Overall it is the best hotel in this area.
