2 months agoHighly recommended hotel. Very spacious room, modern furnishings with plenty of storage space and shelf space. Large bathroom with separate shower cabin. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a small but delicious buffet. All of the staff were extremely friendly. I was able to park my motorbike in the secure garage. The hotel is centrally located with many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

a month agoNot good for corporate bookings. Inexperienced Staff. Rooms are okish. Bar is not yet functional. Food is delicious. But the restaurant is third party. Billing is completely different for rooms and food. They don't pack breakfast for guests. Because of their inexperience we have faced a lot of problems during final billing. Was about to miss our flight. I expect them to get well trained.

2 months agoGood Location . Decent hotel. Book directly through the Bloomhotels site. I paid excess because I used a aggregator. Even the girl at the hotel reception hinted at that. Nevertheless ahe did not offer me a free complimentary breakfast or upgrade. Very transactional hotel. Check out time is 12noon. Staff starts knocking on your door at 12 sharp. Not very hospitality oriented.

2 weeks agoAvoidable for all but budget travellers. The well shaped design amplifies noise of the guests at the ground floor. Central location makes reaching and parking a nightmare. Kitchen got my order wrong, didn't really know how to prepare a basic club sandwich, and the room service forgot to bring any cutlery. Ant this is just the first evening. I still have two more days to bear this place.

3 months agoThank you to Hotel Manager Anoop, I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Jammu. The rooms were nice, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, which was a great way to start each day. One of the highlights was the rooftop Restaurant– a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a great atmosphere and view. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special mention to Satish at the front desk, whose support and service made the check-in and overall experience seamless and pleasant.
