2 weeks agoI recently stayed at Anutham Hotel, Jammu, and had a truly commendable experience. During our visit, my wife accidentally dropped her gold chain in the hotel’s restaurant. One of their honest and vigilant employees found it and immediately handed it over to the manager. When we enquired whether a gold chain had been found, the staff responded very promptly and professionally. After a few necessary verification checks, they returned the chain to us with complete transparency and courtesy. Such honesty, integrity, and customer-centric service are rare to find. We are sincerely grateful to the entire team for their support. Highly recommended for their excellent hospitality and trustworthy staff!

2 months agoAnutham used to be our go-to spot until October 10, 2025, but sadly, not anymore. The service quality and food standards have dropped drastically. We sat at the rooftop where there was no music at all, and despite asking 10–15 times to different staff members, nothing was done for nearly an hour. When we finally got a response, we were told the DJ plays only on weekends. Later, some music was played, but it was barely audible — and even after repeated requests to increase the volume, no one bothered. Then came the food disaster — the salted French fries tasted terrible, either fried in old oil or simply overcooked. When we complained, they offered to make it peri peri, but that too lacked flavor. To top it off, even getting the bill took another 10 minutes. Anutham was once my personal favorite, but after this experience, I’m truly disappointed. You seriously need to fix your service, quality, and overall guest experience — this isn’t the Anutham we used to love.

3 weeks agoBest Hotel in Jammu as far as amenities are concerned, Rooms and facilities are concerned. Food is also Great here. The ambiance is soothing. Staff is also pleasing. Overall a wondering experience.

Everything is very nicely supervised and taken care of... recently, 2 of my guests came from overseas and they had a memorable stay.. Thank you Mr. Nitin and the whole Anutham team... wish you great success ahead as well..
