KC Grand Hotel

Zone by the Park K.C Grand Hotel is a luxurious hotel in Chitrakoot, Jammu. There is plenty of parking space. Right from the entrance,there are glittering lights adding to the beauty of the hotel. The Reception Lobby has sofas making the guests cozy and comfortable. There is a cake shop with mouthwatering cakes displayed. On the reception counter, the staff is very cooperative and helpful. One of their staff members escorted the hotel guests to their allotted room. The rooms are spacious. There are many facilities like a refrigerator, television, board for press and press, The bathroom is clean and all the toiletries are available. The theme of this hotel is based on the temples and halls of ancient Greece

Pathetic Dealing of Staff with clients. They don't know how to speak to outstation clients. Rather than giving a welcome note, they think they are elites in service industry and talk rubbish. I will never recommend anybody to this worst dealing hotel only because of poorly trained staff. We are from Chandigarh. We had been visiting all sort of Hotels across India but never found this kind of pathetic atmosphere.

I had a very good experience in this hotel and the value for money I did not feel the lack of anything, every facility was available here, very good breeze came from the windows, cool and the surrounding view was very nice, overall it was a good experience.
