I had a wonderful experience staying at Meridian Palace Hotel in Jammu. The hospitality was truly first class, with staff going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and offered a beautiful view that added to the charm of the trip. The service was prompt, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. This hotel perfectly blends comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, making it one of the best choices in Jammu. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and gladly give it a full 4 stars.

These guys are scammer. I booked a room online and when I reached the hotel the reception person refused and told me to cancel the online booking and book it offline. I followed his instructions and paid him. But after that I didn't received my payment from online booking. When u called them they said the hotel is refusing. I contacted hotel and said everything and now they are not receiving my calls.

It is very unfortunate that the room includes electric kettle however the basic tea bags and milk powder are not provided. When asked to provide the same they simply denied a d mentioned that is not the part of Delux Room. We paid 2K for a room and it verg much basic to provide these services

Nice & happy stay, recently property upgraded it's television with smart TVs, that was my earlier request, it's location & affordability is commendable
