3 weeks agoStaff is well behaved and very cooperative. Rooms are very neat and clean. The most important thing is it is very closely to SRI MATA VAISHNO DEVI RAILWAY STATION, Hardly 200 metres only. Yatra parchi counter is 100 meter. Odd ours train can be catched easily. Only thing is there's no restuarant in this hotel but at opposite side so many dines facilities are available. No lift is available.

a month agoExcellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite . The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to railway station . Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and quality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

a week agoIt is an excellent place to stay on visit to Katra. The station is very nearby. The rooms and service are also great, with hot water/geyser available...You will really like the hotel and service.

3 months agoNever pay before check-in 1. There is no facility of lift, you have to use stairs even if you are going to 3rd or above. 2. Staff was very rude, don't take interest in providing facilities to guests. 3. Set top box was not installed with T.V and was working with Wifi which was not working properly. 4. In the description of hotel room, it is mentioned that bathtub will be available in bathroom but in reality there was no bathtub. 5. Geyser was not working, no power and water was leaking from inlet pipe. 6. Bathroom essentials was not provided even we have asked for the same. 7. Booked double room but on checking in they provided single room with small bed. 8. Instead of AC comforter they provided heavy blanket which we use during chilling winter season. 9. Room was smelling very bad, even blanket and bed was smelling so badly that we didn't had slept whole night. 10. Talking about the outer view, we can have a glimpse of activities of fellow guests of another room. Conclusion:- Not recommended at all. Don't pay before, pay only after visiting the hotel. There are several fake reviews and ratings are available on the website. . . . . . Replying to your reply Dear Owner, Thank you for your detailed reply. I would like to clarify a few things from my side as well so that there is no misunderstanding: Lift – While not mentioned on your website, if a guest is allotted a room on the 4th floor or higher, it’s natural to expect a lift. I only mentioned this so future guests can be aware of it . Staff behavior – I understand you have CCTV, but from a guest’s perspective, the behavior felt unhelpful and it was a matter of ignorance.It may not look rude on camera, but the way we felt matters too. TV facility – The TV worked only through Wi-Fi, but the connection was unstable. Due to constant buffering, we couldn’t watch anything for more than a few seconds, which makes me wonder if the internet speed provided is adequate for guests. Room/Bed size – For your kind information, my alloted room was was 401. The space and bed did not feel as comfortable or spacious as expected from a standard double room. I was not expecting five-star facilities—if that were the case, I would not have chosen your property. In fact, after checking out in the morning, I stayed at another nearby hotel for even lesser price then your's and found the room condition much better. So, I don’t think it’s fair to suggest such a comparison. View/Privacy – From Room 401 there was no temple visible. When I opened the curtain, the only view was directly into the windows of other guests’ rooms. There was no privacy at all if the curtain was removed. I would kindly suggest you personally check the view from Room 401 to understand what I experienced. I would also like to bring your attention to a few points that were not mentioned in your reply: the geyser was leaking, no bathtub, bathroom essentials were not provided on time, the room and blanket had a strong smell, and the heavy blanket was quite uncomfortable for this season. This may seem small individually, but together they affected our overall comfort. I hope you will think sensibly and consider these points to improve it for valuable future guests. Finally, about revenge or fake reviews – I want to clarify that I have booked a room and will seek the only featured amenities.I have shared my personal experience so that future guests should know what to expect at your location. This is not a revenge buddy. I paid you and I will definitely seek service from you. 5 months agoJust 5 minutes away from the railway station, the place offers clean, well lit rooms in affordable price range. With comfortable beddings to rest after the Vaishno Devi trek. The staff was really kind and willing to attend our requests.
