8 months agoThey are fully FRAUDS and all the staff are very rude. We booked 3.5 months ago but when we reached there they told us that our booking was cancelled, which they did not tell us before. They do not help us at all. We booked directly and not through any app. They harassed us. We had a total of 13 people, 8 females. Refund is not a solution. What about harassment? They have not arranged any room.

11 months agoStayed at Hotel Arihant Palace in Katra for 2 days and had a good experience. The hotel is located around 800 meters from the railway station, making it convenient. The rooms are clean, though not very big, and come with amenities like an electric heating blanket, geyser, and air conditioner. In-room service offers tea, coffee, lunch, and dinner, which was quite helpful. They don't give a mineral water bottle complimentary. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay! Please improve your service and atleast provide 1 mineral water bottle per person.
