The staff was exceptionally courteous, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Every team member was readily available whenever needed, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was their commitment even after my departure. I had accidentally left my spectacles in the room, and the hotel manager immediately took full responsibility. He carefully packed them and arranged to have them delivered to my home address. His consistent follow-ups and accountability were truly commendable and reflect the hotel’s dedication to genuine customer care. The level of service provided by the Divine Oak team goes far beyond expectations. They supported me not only during my stay but even after I checked out. Their customer service is truly brilliant. Thank you, Divine Oak Hotel and the entire team, for such a wonderful and memorable experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.

a month agoLooking at the good ratings on Google map, I called the hotel number and ask for photos. The rooms the rooms were neat and tidy in the pictures. So, I paid them advance and book my room. But later when we arrived on the check in date the rooms were not up to the mark so we requested the reception person to refund our booking amount. So did the reception person committed me that the refund will be credited within 24 to 48 hours. Hearing this we move on and took a stay in the adjacent hotel name Vishal hotel which was very better. But the tragedy begins when the divine oak hotel denied us for refund. So here by I suggest you all never book this hotel with advance payment online.

3 months agoSpacious and comfortable stay, including delicious food in a place ampngst the temples. Beautiful scenery is visible from the windows of the rooms. Services by Mr. Brijmohan Singh helped a lot during our stay. Overall it was a memorable experience 🌸

4 months agoWe were at Divine Oak with a group of 25 persons and stayed there for 2 Nights everything from the 1st call till the check-out was hassle free. Thankyou so much for your hospitality. Hope to see you again.

7 months agoI've had a mixed experience. My first impression after entering the room was good. They have good size rooms and the bathrooms are clean. BUT the bedsheets and pillow cases aren't clean at all. I've had to ask them twice to change it. I don't think they are using bleach while cleaning them. Also, if they can't get the stain out of the bedsheets or pillow cases they SHOULD NOT use them anymore because it really looks disgusting. I've attached the pictures even though I didn't want to.
