3 weeks agoVery very worst experience there . I visited this hotel with my family . Neither they clean ur room if u stay for two or three days there. Neither the staff on the counter have etiquette’s of talking . They show different pictures on the site but in the room they have different . There bedsheets are very dirty also there kitchen which is on 4 floor . I never recommend this place to no one plz don’ t stay there these people are running dirty business and they forgot that pilgrims are there source of earning but they misbehave with the pilgrims . Even they dont provide u a single bottle of water when we come back after darshan of mata rani we are exhausted and when we come to our room our room are not clean as we give them pur room key to clean our room as we stay for next day also when we complain them they misbehave with us .

4 months agoIt is located in the serene valley of katra, you can enjoy the view. The rooms are super clean, with every basic facility. The staff is very much polite, price are genuine. It's a best place to stay.
