5 months agoAbsolutely Appalling Experience: Avoid at All Costs!I am writing this review to warn potential guests about the truly horrific experience I had at this hotel. What started as a promising stay quickly devolved into a nightmare involving fraudulent charges and outright threats from the staff.Upon checking out, I was presented with a bill that was significantly higher than the agreed-upon rate. There were multiple unexplained charges for services I never used and items I never consumed. When I questioned these discrepancies, the front desk staff became immediately hostile and defensive, refusing to provide any clear explanation or justification for the additional costs. The situation escalated rapidly when I insisted on a breakdown of the charges and refused to pay the inflated amount. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue professionally, a member of the management team approached me and began to verbally threaten me, implying that there would be "consequences" if I did not comply. This was an absolutely terrifying and unacceptable response to a legitimate billing dispute. I felt unsafe and intimidated, a feeling no guest should ever experience in a hotel. This establishment clearly operates with a predatory business model, preying on guests with hidden fees and resorting to intimidation when challenged. The lack of transparency, coupled with the aggressive and threatening behavior of the staff, makes this hotel a dangerous place to stay.I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, the financial exploitation, and the potential for a deeply disturbing encounter. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life.

7 months agoGood thing about hotel is they have nice clean rooms and washrooms. But no room service at all. Ac is available. Heater for hot water is available. Free Wi-Fi. But nothing else is good. Economy rooms . Pay 1000 for double bed not more. There is no staff to listen your problem.

8 months agoAvoid this hotel at all costs. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They blatantly refuse to provide the services they promise during booking, including basic amenities like an extra bed and breakfast. The caretaker is rude, irresponsible, and spends most of his time glued to his phone playing games instead of assisting guests. He acts as if he's doing guests a favor by letting them stay. Rooms are filthy, and housekeeping is non-existent. Their cheap prices are a trap — the stay is not worth a single penny. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
