2 months agoHotel is very dirty making foul smell. Behaviour of hotel staff is also not good. Poor room service. No Hot water in toilet. TV and Fridge also not working. Quality of Food is also very bed and tasteless food. Dont waste your money and time.

4 months agoMy experience was not great. I had booked offline, and the price they initially told me was different from what they charged at the time of checkout. The rooms were below average and definitely not worth the money. In Katra, there are many nearby hotels that offer better, cleaner rooms. The AC was very noisy when turned on, the television didn’t work, and the washroom was not clean.
