Hotel Royal Stay

I was there one night staying and the owner was very friendly and gave me a good price in a nice room but the next day in the morning I was leaving to the busstand and the reception ask me if I need a cap to the busstand and he wanted 1700 rupies for the ride to the busstand!! Such a ripp of what they tried!!

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] for [X] nights, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Poor Room Condition: The room I was assigned was in dire need of maintenance. The furniture was old and worn out, with stains on the carpet and the upholstery. The bathroom was a nightmare—mold in the corners, a leaking showerhead, and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. Definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. Unhelpful Staff: The front desk staff was not only unresponsive but seemed disinterested in addressing guest concerns. When I called about the room issues, I was told "we'll send someone up" but no one ever arrived. It took several attempts to get basic things like extra towels or a remote control that worked. Noise and Discomfort: The hotel is located in a very noisy area, which wouldn’t have been an issue if the windows were soundproof. Unfortunately, they were not, and the noise from the street kept me up most of the night. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable—lumpy pillows and a mattress that was far too firm. Uninspiring Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming at best. The options were limited, and the quality of the food was disappointing. It felt more like an afterthought than a service meant to enhance the guest experience. Lack of Cleanliness: One of the most concerning issues was the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. From the dusty hallways to the dirty windows, it seemed like hygiene was not a priority. This was especially troubling given the high price I paid for the stay. Overall, I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone. For the money spent, I expected much better quality, service, and attention to detail. I’ve stayed at far better places for a fraction of the cost. Unless they seriously improve their facilities and customer service, I will not be returning and suggest others look elsewhere.

The hotel has hygienic and well maintained rooms. Their staff and the restaurant is so good that you don't even have to choose to move outside. I'll highly recommend to stay in this hotel since it's one of the best option under a budget pocket with all the amenities and good behavioural staff. The only red flag other people might consider is with the location since it's a bit into the inner streets and a bit far from the main road. But I didn't have any problem with that so it's a must considerable hotel from my end. Keep it up with such a good work team.👍🏻

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Pathetic room service. I ordered 1 tea and got it in 45 minutes. No soap, towels or anything was there in the room. The bathroom floor was so dirty. They charged an extra 1200 for nothing. Cab services are only up till 11 pm. Me and my family asked for a cab at 11:15 pm and they denied. We came back in so much difficulty and the cab driver was sitting there doing nothing. I would not recommend this hotel. There are many other options available in the main market.
