2 weeks agoWhen you will reach katra station this hotel broker will ask you for room and they will tell you that free transport service to banganga and back but this facility given by other hotel also. Please don't go to this hotel very poor service most of the time you will not get hot water in the bathroom, room phone not working you have to come to reception for any query and I have order breakfast at 9 AM but I got my breakfast at 11.30 AM very poor service and the staff are very rude and specially the receptionist in black suit. You will get better option in that price range also. After 1 day I have changed the hotel. Please don't waste your money.

2 months agoVery bad service. They gives offer of some other things and provide only limited service so please confirm before booking, what are they included. Take all facilities in written so they can't forbidden of that services.

2 months agoVery bad behaviour of staff. They promise for transportation but after come in hotel they reject their promises of railway station receiving staff.

7 months agoIt was my first time to Vaishno Devi with family. Room was clean, felt safe, food was also good. they provide some complementary services- like they picked us from Railway station and dropped to hotel. Next morning, they dropped us at Ramban and before that the driver took us to the place where id cards are made required for vaishno devi. they stored our belongings at their store room, Then they picked us from Ramban while returning and then dropping us back to railway station.
