a year agoIt was very bad experience by hotel staff:- 1. Their behavior was so worst I don't know who recruit them as a staff. 2. They said too much lie to customers. 3. Not responding customer while standing in front of reception itself. 3. Room was ok not too much light 💡. 4. Cockroaches r there in rooms and beds.

If u book the rooms through other hotel apps, they target u & not give good room service. 6. Although cab service was free for darshan from hotel to banganga or railway stations but they charge for it. Plz don't visit this hotel, it will not worthy

a year agoStaff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. But quality of rooms, cleaning is supar. Rooma have cockroaches, blankets are filthy, literally no amenities were provided. Overall I regret booking this place and wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

a year agoRooms are okayish. They'll offer to drop you to vaishno devi mandir entrance and then pick up after your darshan but in reality leave you quite far from the actual entrance and also you will have to call like a 100 times to get them to take you to the mandir entrance or bring you back to hotel. Once you say yes to book a room, they'll not bother to care much about any other thing they promised earlier. The guy at the reception is still a bit helpful than the rest. He did make sure that we were dropped back at railway station on time. I will still suggest you to look for other options in the same range.
