a month agoWadia Museum of Natural History is located in the University of Jammu, near the Directorate of Distance Education. It works under the Department of Geology of the university. It is one of the best places to understand the geological diversity of the subcontinent. A large number of samples of the rocks are displayed in the museum. A must visit place for the students of Geology, Archaeology and other disciplines. Well maintained museum.

4 years agoIt is a good example of the conservation of our history. Further, I would like to tell you If person from outside of UT of J&K is planning to visit here then he/she must have a valid Postpaid connection, as prepaid connection registered outside from J&K doesn't work in Jammu and Kashmir.

7 years agoPopular for natural history remains,.it has variety of natural fossils preserved from a long time.. The oldest and longest elephant tusk found is here in wadia museum.Well maintained by jammu university.
