I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The hospitality is truly unmatched — the staff is warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The food is delicious and prepared with great care, making every meal enjoyable. The behaviour of everyone here is amazing, and what makes the stay even more special is the owner’s personal attention. He takes care of everything and genuinely tries to make you feel fully comfortable throughout your stay. The location is unbeatable — right on the riverfront at the best spot overlooking the beautiful Kishanganga River. At night, the environment becomes incredibly calm and soothing, with only the sound of the flowing river creating a peaceful atmosphere. On the other side lies POK, adding a unique and memorable touch to the experience. Overall, this is truly an amazing place with an amazing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, serenity, and outstanding hospitality!

Our stay at The Keran Resorts was truly one of the highlights of our Kashmir trip. Nestled right on the banks of the river that separates Keran Valley (India) from Pakistan-occupied Keran, this property offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience – waking up to serene views where you can literally see the flag of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir right across the river. What really makes this place special, however, is the hospitality. Mr. MD (Mohammad) Hafiz, the owner and host, along with his wonderful staff, treated us more like family than guests. From the moment we booked, they guided us with everything – arranging the required permissions to visit Keran, helping us plan the journey, and making sure we felt at ease in such a unique location. You just need to book your stay, and they’ll take care of the rest. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and designed to maximize the breathtaking views outside. The food deserves a special mention – delicious, fresh, and cooked with a lot of love. Every meal felt homely yet rich in authentic Kashmiri flavor. The service was quick, attentive, and thoughtful, with attention to the smallest details. Mr. Hafiz personally showed us around the valley and shared stories that made the place come alive. His warmth and passion for the region reflect in everything he does for his guests. Although WiFi is not yet available, we were told it will be set up very soon – but honestly, the beauty and peace of the valley more than make up for the digital disconnect. If you’re looking for an offbeat, unforgettable stay in Kashmir, The Keran Resorts is the place. A perfect mix of location, hospitality, and experience – highly recommended!
