2 years agoIt's one of the super luxurious hotel in Jammu. The room was elegant and washroom was top quality too. There is one thing I didn't like is they assigned us one of interconnected rooms. Room No. 312 which was connected internally with 310 so we were continuously hearing some human noises from that room and it is obvious they were hearing us too. Food was delicious. We had their buffet breakfast and ordered white pasta. Staff is also very polite and the service was good too. Overall a good experience.

2 years agoWe had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally professional and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable as expected. It has been a very warm and welcoming stay. Big thanks to Neha and Amit from housekeeping for making our trip more comfortable. And the food is awesome over here. I will always recommend this hotel. Cheers

3 years agoI’m here from last 9 days room number 514.Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from my bottom of my heart.Neat and clean all over with good ambiance with quality food And the Room Service especially Bandana Sharma and Neha. Great job and keep it up.

2 years agoOverall experience is very good service is good and staff is cooperative. I stays for 4-5 days every month in KC and very happy with the service. Also view is nice from hotel and can get everything nearby. My Room no is 427 this time
