3 months agoI had a wonderful stay at Placid Hotel, Jammu. The property is well-maintained, clean, and located at a convenient spot. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff is very polite, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile, which made my stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the service was quick. Overall, the atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Jammu!

a year agoThe rooms are very small to adjust with family and the air conditioning system also does not works quiet nicely it makes sound at night and fan is also very noisy ! But the survice is quite good and food is also very good !! But my main complain to royal placid group is to resolve the AC and FAN noise

5 years agoFrankly you can‘t expect much in INR 1300 per night. However hygiene was pathetic, toilet dirty and bed sheets even dirtier and torn. We used our own sleeping bags on the bed. Parking is quite an issue- be sure to park safely or risk getting scratches. The guy at the reception has to be taught to smile and not behave like a cop. Maybe visitors in Jammu are scary and you need to have such grumpy looking customer facing staff. The bell boys were nice. Location very central - next To Raghunath bazaar and next to Mcdonald’s. Don’t expect any views from the balconies.
