a year agoThis is a budget hotel and should expect the same from the hotel as well. The location is quiet and away from patnitop's main market though is the closest to ropeway. You will have to walk a lot or take your car to visit the main market and parks. The rooms were big but bed, pillows and blankets were not very clean. The geyser also wasn't working in a few rooms. They should definitely improve on this. Though the service was excellent, I really liked how they treated us and took care of our belongings as well. I am giving an extra star just for the service. Food was good and in budget as well. Overall if they improve a bit on the problems this is a good budget hotel.

a year agoLocated at a scenic place in Patnitop. Really affordable with old aesthetic cozy rooms. In the morning you will find your self around monkeys who may visit your room if you keep it open. Nonetheless its a different experience if you wanna feel like being a part of "pahalgam exploration" before getting started to it. One of the cheapest place to stay in. Dont know about food availability.

a year agoReally bad rooms, no windows for resting rooms.No electricity from midnight until checkout Horrible. Don't stay there. Really horrible night's while your enjoyable days. Nights is a disaster without light and Lound music from other nearby hotels. Very higher prices while compared to proces. Bathroom with down broken and not safe to take a shower. Really a tragedy. Food is ok

a year agoThis is a must visit hotel in Patnitop. All services are excellent. Location beautiful. Rooms are very comfortable. Manager us very co-operative. Overall Patnitop is a must visit hill station.

3 years agoVery poor room service, no geysers facilities! I have recently stayed here, just horrible experience! Rooms are dusty, bathrooms were not clean. Room size are very small for 3 people. There is a dust between the wood gaps. I have attached few photos, you can clearly see how the hotel rooms are 🙃 🚫🚫 And most importantly, when I wrote the review, the manager of the hotel threatened us to remove this review !!
