2 weeks agoThe hotel offers a beautiful view from the room, and the service provided by the staff is very good. Everyone was humble, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. However, there are several areas where the property can improve. Basic amenities in the room need attention, as there was no exhaust fan in the washroom and water logging was a consistent issue. Despite charging a good amount per night, only local brand toiletries were provided. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of proper charging points—there were very limited sockets available, and most were already occupied by other electrical equipment, making it difficult to charge gadgets. Food quality also has scope for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with great staff and views, but the amenities require significant upgrades.

2 months agoHotel Vardaan, Patnitop is one of the best-located hotels in the area. It is situated right next to Skyview (Gondola), making it very convenient for travelers. The staff is extremely helpful and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Vardaan Resort Patnitop
