2 weeks agoVery poor service. They follow rigid lunch timings without understanding that this is a pilgrimage place where guests need flexibility. I still tried to adjust, but they don’t even provide warm water in the room, this is unbelievable. Even a roadside 1-star lodge offers better basic facilities. The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained. Please trust me, the positive reviews are misleading. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel.

a week agoGreat hospitality and fair prices. Decent rooms and surprisingly spacious. They offer complimentary really yummy Kahwaa and free drops in Ertiga to the main gate for the yatra.
