a month agoFrom a whole day of travelling around it was good to come back to a very clean and comfortable room! The staff was friendly and made sure everything was okay. Kashmir was really cold and the heater in the room was excellent! Location is superb!

3 months agoI didn't like how good this hotel is. I mean it is budget friendly too and don't even ask about the location. The whole beauty of Gulmarg is visible. And their rooms are too well maintained like 5 star ⭐ hotel ..I highly recommend pine view resort...

8 months agoThe hotel is located on the main road close to Gulmarg market. A little far from the Gondola but not too far. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a central heating system which is on from 7 pm-10 am, plus an additional blower. The staff are quite helpful, especially Mr Tanveer, who manages most of the work. We had an issue with the central heating system going too strong and also a change in the bedding. For both, he himself came and fixed the issues. The food was ok. Dinner was good, although too oily, but breakfast needs improvement. They need a good chef. Another point of slight dissatisfaction was the washroom size. It was quite small, especially the commode and the wash basin being crowded together in a small space. All in all, a good place to stay in Gulmarg. One caution- online platforms show double the actual price of the rooms. We suffered the same and realised that only after talking to the manager. So better to contact the hotel directly for booking.
