a month agoHotel pine heritage is not the one but only one, the best in patnitop. It has abundance forests, jungles and marvelous scenery all around. Sufficient parking space. It's own road free from all incumbrances. The staff is dedicated, disciplined, highly educated, youthful and courteous. It make you feel like at home but in jungles. This Hotel is unique in location, rare in service, and least but not the last a fanatics, fantablous place to visit. One visit here can make you and your family its permanent feature. I visited and found it above all and everything. I recommend this hotel to everyone 👌. My pleasure visiting, "pine heritage ".

a month agoIt is located right in the middle of the deodar forest. If you want a peaceful stay next to nature and away from city's hustle and bustle, this is the best place for you. They have their own restaurant & cafe and you will definitely love the food here. You will not miss delhi's food if you are here. Chef is from Jammu and he knows what will make the customers happy. They also provide bon-fire at night at a very nominal charge. Staff is really friendly and service is too good. Rooms are clean and maintain proper hygiene. They also have a TT table if you like some fun activity. Patnitop has very limited good hotel options but l think this is the best one.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with all essential amenities provided. The food was a highlight — freshly prepared and delicious. You can tell there’s a personal touch in the way everything is managed. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge away from the city. Definitely worth visiting!

5 months agoStayed at Pine & Heritage in Patnitop and had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious—every meal felt like it was made with love. The view from the 3rd floor is breathtaking, especially during early mornings and sunset. The property has a peaceful charm and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout. If you’re visiting Patnitop, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Highly recommended!

2 weeks agoOnly the location is good. The hotel staff os not professional and we noticed hygiene issues. Its a very small set up not professionally managed. Disappointed.
