10 months agoworst experience ever , staff is highly indisciplined and mannerless. status of room is highly poor , dirty. Bathroom locks and doors are broken. recommended not to stay with family..

11 months agoI went to the hotel, as it was crowded we went to this hotel, they charged 6000 rupees for a shabby room, the staff was rude and not cooperative at all, they refused to even give us warm water in such a cold weather, bathroom was smelly and uncleaned. Wifi was of no use.

6 years agoIf you are expecting Wi-Fi or smart locks or air conditioning or other amenities of high end hotel, don't drop in here. But if you are looking to have a ME time, this could be just the right kind of Hotel. It is situated just few kilometres prior to the famous hill station of Patni Top, and is in the midst of nature away from hustle bustle of city. The rooms are spacious and quite cosy. The bathrooms are clean and hygenic. Overall a good pit stop for a day's vacation.

7 years agoHi, I recently visited the hotel jai sakhan in my tour of jammu. It is one of the best hotel out of all hotels in which I stayed. Nice location, good property, scenic views, great food. The hotel staff especially the room service staff was very humble, cooperative, and very quick in delivery. I really enjoyed my stay out here.o overall a satisfying stay. Some suggestions to hotel Jai Sakhan, Please you must have heaters or blowers for the tourists as they are outsiders and cannot face the chill though u gave us blankets but still heaters and blowers are a must. Make sure that u must give desert's after ur dinner please include it in ur menu also. Take care of cleanliness of the rooms though they are clean but there is a great scope for this.

a year agoBad experience. The hotel and services were below average. Wifi facilities are not available in rooms. Washrooms are not clean. Could do better.
