a year agoHad a worst experience in staying in this hotel as poor cleanliness is the major issue of this hotel along with staff behaviour which was unprofessional and rude whose main motto was just to grab money from the guests without providing the service. Rooms were untidy and toilets were dirty. They covered the dirty foul smell with strong fragrances. Blankets were not clean from many months and they were torn, smelly. Furniture was not clean, and it was broken. TV was not working. Even the lights were not working properly. Geysers were dangerous, which even the staff admitted. They asked for Rs 1800 for 2 double beds, which were not worth 500 because of poor unhygienic conditions and service. While booking the staff was very friendly and once we gave him money his attitude completely changed. When we said about the dirty blankets, dangerous geyser, non working lights, he simply said nobody is asking you to stay here. He was so rude, unprofessional and mannerless. Me and my family had a worst stay here.
