CAFE KATHUA

I visited Café Kathua again after a year, hoping the service quality might have improved, unfortunately, it hasn’t. The overall experience has gone further downhill. The food lacks flavor, the ambience is practically non-existent, and even the presentation is poor. Just look at the kind of cups they serve coffee in, you wouldn’t expect such low standards even at a roadside dhaba. It wasn't just us, the customers at the table next to ours were also complaining about the taste and quality of their food. This is genuine feedback from a paying customer. I sincerely hope the management takes it seriously and works on improving their service and standards.

We randomly came in as our bus dropped near the highway The cafe is good, everything is reasonably priced....and the quantity is very good We ordered coffee, maggie, fries, burger and lemon soda Coffee was sweet Maggie was good with quantity and tasty Fries were hot and crispy Burger was good aswell Lemon soda was fine

Ok so this place serve best in kathua ... All the things I tried there were amazing.. . i tried panner momo , tandoori sauce momo, panner tikka , peri peri kukure momo , shakes , fresh lime , pasta and everything is on point even the taste was amazing they serve you with good portion size in pocket friendly amount... A highly recommended place to visit

one of my worst experiences ever being a student i dont have the option to go elsewhere the receptionist is very negligent and rude i wish i could change this staff please they dont even know how to take orders properly and deliver food on time they neglect thwir customers very terrible staff and very terrible relationship

Food was good, atmosphere is also good but service 👎🏻... receptionist have too much attitude problem....they don't talk politely with costumer.... please change the receptionist
