2 months agoWe booked a sedan with Kashmir car rentals for 10-12 days towards the autumn season. It was a smooth and hassle free experience in terms of booking and final payment. Shahid went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Ajaz our driver was very professional and guided us in terms of road and weather conditions. This helped us optimize our itinerary to get the best of each location. He was also very kind in terms of exploring local sight seeing in Srinagar. Since we had young kids with us, he was very considerate with their food and health requirements. During the whole trip he made sure the car was clean and well maintained. 3 weeks agoI just returned from a most cherishable 6N/7D tour of popular Kashmir destinations. I credit Kashmir Car Rentals (KCR) and its fine people for contributing most for the awesomeness of my trip. I hired a vehicle from them for the entire duration of my trip at most reasonable rates. I planned the entire trip on my own. Ms Muskan, my first point of contact at KCR provided most useful inputs that helped me draw up a great itinerary. I will always remember her supportiveness. The agency was most mindful that I was a senior citizen, and was nursing a leg injury. They provided me with a new SUV in top condition and excellent driver. Mr. Javed Khan, the driver, was most well informed and very helpful to me getting in and out of the car every single time. I will never forget his thoughtfulness in taking me to the District Hospital at Ganderbal enroute to Sonamarg and helping me, as unexpectedly my leg injury needed medical attention and fresh dressing. I am very thankful to Kashmir Car Rentals and the nice people working there. I recommend them warmly to everyone.
