3 months agoWe rented the car from them and it was in good condition. We drove almost 500+kms in 4 days for Sightseeing and stay in Gulmarg, Pahalgham (Betab valley) and Local srinagar points. Staff is very polite and available at all the times for any help/assistance. Really appreciate their support! Attached photo with my son from Gulmarg ⛳ golf course.

a year agoThis was our first trip to Kashmir. The most exciting part was that we explored the area without a tour guide and opted for a car rental instead of taking taxis or using public transportation from this self drive rental car. Their service and hospitality truly amazed us. A huge thank you to one of their team members, MR JAVID IQBAL!! He was incredibly helpful and genuine in offering us support. Although he wasn't physically present during our road trip in Kashmir, he was always available whenever we needed assistance or information regarding our journey. If it were possible, we would gladly give their services a 10-star rating, but unfortunately, the maximum we can provide is 5 stars. 😅💯 We will definitely use their services again if we return to Kashmir!!!

4 months agoSmooth Self-Drive Experience with Ignis Automatic I rented an Ignis automatic for 24 hours during my visit in July, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The car was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to drive in city traffic. It was delivered right to my location and later picked up from the airport, making the experience extremely convenient. The rates were genuine, and the coordinator was helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free self-drive option!
