a year agoPathetic service! Please don't go by reviews which they themselves rated. They won't respond once you pay the advance amount. We kept on calling to get the information about the hotel to be checked in on the concurrent day and they didn't bother to respond and didn't even acknowledge that they missed the calls once they lifted the call. We wanted to check in to the Pahalgam Hotel during daytime as we were having toddlers with us. They were reluctant to provide room during the day and asked to finish the Pahalgam trip and the check in to the hotel in the late evening. We insisted and then only at the last moment they provided. They charged us exorbitantly and rooms were not worth it. In the same package cost, you can get a decent hotel. Our taxi driver was decent but they made clashes between us by saying to him that we won't pay the balance amount and run away after the trip and the driver made the drama that he won't drive the car until he gets the final amount settled which we already discussed with the operator that the final settlement amount we will make by the end of the trip. It was ridiculous as we were with ladies and kids. Overall, please don't make a trip with this operator. They will spoil your vacation.

a year agoExperienced driver , safe driving , polite and on time. We hired from Jammu airport to kathua and back with one night halt. Everything was as per plan . The booking through WA chat was seemingly flawless . Will use this service while in jammu next time and highly recommended to all

3 years agoPlease do not take service from this provider. Firstly owner Charanpreet Singh will offer lower price from the market and after your tour is finalized, they will increase their price. Their car no. ends with 0888 and driver name is Dipu (Deepak Verma). Worst services and behavioral issue. They do not know how to do the business and interact with clients.
